Responsibilities & Duties (80%)Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects. Support the consultants and installers in designing the projects with Panasonic solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.Follow up on the projects in Salesforce and regularly track the project pipeline.Provide training to installers and consultants regarding the products and software for the relevant product category.Feedback market information to the Product Managers, reflecting this in strategy/tactics reviews and future product development. Suggest measures to achieve strategic company goals.Build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.Coordinate with relevant internal partners to follow up on project installations from product sales to commissioning, minimizing installation risks by anticipating potential issues and taking preventive measures to ensure customer service success.Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and project progress in relevant systems.Qualification & ExperienceRelevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial.Knowledge & SkillsProficient understanding of processes, technologies, products, or other relevant fields of expertise.Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.Understands the impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function.Very strong communication and negotiation skills.Other Specific RequirementsWillingness to travel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under stress.General Responsibilities (20%)Be cost-effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department.Proactively seek to reduce costs through efficiency and automation.Compliance with Panasonic's Policies, Processes, and Procedures.Participate in all corporate requirements e.G., ISM, CSR, Anti-bribery & Corruption, Competition Law.Conduct benchmarking activities.General administration tasks.Undertake any project within the skill set of the position.Attend required training.Undertake business trips.Always prioritize safety and act in a safe manner.Report any H&S breaches.Additional Information:Employment Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
