AGCO IBERIA - European Sales Office of AGCO Corporation - a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural solutions is NOW looking for: Sales Engineer, Fendt, Tractors Who We Are Looking For A highly motivated individual to join our dynamic AGCO Iberia FENDT Retail Marketing Team.
This exciting and challenging role of recognized FENDT Tractor product expert will be responsible for the management of a regional demonstration fleet and creation and delivery of product training.
What You Will Do Support the regional retail managers, product specialists and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation across all channels.
Support all aspects of Sales related technical queries on the product of responsibility.
Ensure that all product knowledge is current & maintained up to date.
Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts from marketing (MCT) and their regional implementation.
Provide field support & training for Distribution, Dealers, and internal staff.
Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs and field days (depending on the size also a transfer of responsibility possible).
Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.
What You Will Bring Associates / Technical degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering.
2-5 years of Business Experience.
Fluency in both Written & Oral English & Spanish.
High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to speak and present in front of both small and large audiences.
Conditions Percentage of travel estimated up to 30%.
