Job OverviewThe Sales Engineer at Dcycle.io will play a critical role in driving our sales process by combining technical expertise with excellent sales skills. This position requires a deep understanding of our products, the ability to translate technical features into business benefits, and the capacity to effectively communicate these to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of Dcycle.io's products and services. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to our offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements. Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals. Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients. Create technical documentation and provide input for RFP/RFI responses. Training and Enablement: Train and mentor sales team members on technical aspects of our products. Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Solution Design: Work with clients to design and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related field. Language: Professional English and Spanish level is required. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 of experience working in environmental, legal or sustanibility related roles. Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a technical capacity. Data analysis Skills: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Conditions: Permanent contract. Fixed salary: 50.000 € Working hours: Full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible entry 8:00 - 9:30 and exit 17:00 to 18:30), on Fridays the exit is at 15:00. Working model: First month face-to-face, afterwards 2 days telework per week in a hybrid model. 22 days of holidays + bad face day (We all have better and worse moments, if you need a day for yourself, you can rest without having to ask for holidays) + up to 7 days of teambuilding.
