POSITION: You will be responsible for developing an efficient Client Portfolio in Portugal and Galicia, visiting potential clients involved in machining processes of metal parts in key industry sectors, driving sales growth.
MAIN FUNCTIONS: Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships by identifying productive improvements in existing machining processes.Develop new business in the sale of tungsten carbide rotary and mechanical fastening tools, as well as specialty tools.Interact with customers and support their production efficiency problems.Order, delivery, and quality tracking.Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, performance, pricing, availability, and application information.Conduct training for clients and organize meetings to present new products to distribution staff and clients.Meet established product sales objectives and drive initiatives outlined in the sales and marketing plan.Perform administrative tasks such as productivity reports, sales reports, maintaining sales records, and supporting the preparation of product quotes and monthly reports.Select testing tools on behalf of clients and prepare supporting documentation to verify performance and document cost savings.REQUIRED PROFILE: Industrial Engineering and/or Professional certification in Machining.3 years of experience in sales as a Commercial Technician in cutting tools in the Portugal area.Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes in the metalworking industry.Skills in using CRM.Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills.
