Role and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, your mission is to:
Onboard and train our Sales and Customer Success teams on sales skills, processes, messaging, methodology, tools, and TheFork products.Animate local Sales champions network to develop continuous training and coaching programs for local teams to build a strong sales culture and drive business results.Provide support for the successful launch of a Sales Academy aimed at raising the standards of company sales performance.Work closely with other central teams (sales operations, restaurant communication, account management, customer support, etc.)
and other functional areas across the organization to validate the field relevance of multiple ongoing projects.Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and execute key strategic development initiatives for different sales populations and countries.What Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeSpecifically:
Produce and update training content: case studies, training decks, role play, competitive information digest, value-based pitches, call flow process.Consolidate and further develop 'TheFork Playbook' as the knowledge base for all sales populations.Organize training sessions & coaching sessions in coordination with Sales managers.Handle all logistics regarding training sessions and track attendance/participation at the individual level.Ensure that onboarding of new Sales people is executed properly and effectively.Gather feedback and measure satisfaction following training programs.Ensure proper adoption of the most important training assets and measure it.Adapt training programs according to sales populations: Inside sales, Field hunters, Account Managers, Restaurant Trainers, and Management.Collect and share best practices.Help sales managers identify opportunities to incorporate new learnings into real-life scenarios while providing guidelines and coaching tools.Frequent travel (20%) will be required.
RequirementsDegree in business, ideally with a major in marketing.Minimum 3 years experience in Sales or Customer Success or trainer roles.Experience with a proven high-performing track record in similar Sales/CS/trainer learning functions.Genuinely interested in knowledge sharing and helping sales grow.
