Martinsen Mayer have partnered with Fenergo to help them find an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join their team. The Sales Enablement Manager role requires an individual with a passion for helping sales reps to be more effective and efficient in their interactions with customers and prospective buyers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced enablement professional or creative sales individual who is experienced with designing and delivering effective go-to-market programmes that focus on improving sales effectiveness, sales productivity, training, and overall sales results. The Sales Enablement Manager role is to ensure Fenergo's Global Sales team have the information, content, and tools to enable more effective selling.
Key Responsibilities:Own global sales onboarding & training programmes and eLearning curriculum for the entire sales organisation.Define sales enablement requirements across segments and functions to focus activities in the most impactful areas.Build world-class sales enablement programmes, pushing efficacy of training sessions.Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the sales process at the points of engagement with other functions across the organisation.Leverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity.Support the implementation, development, and training of an effective sales onboarding program for all new sales hires.Support Sales management in identifying and prioritising sales requests across learning, development, and sales performance optimisation.Collaborate with our product marketing and marketing teams to coordinate availability and accessibility of assets and delivery of associated training for all new product offerings and campaign launches.Proactively improve upon existing sales processes or tools in collaboration with other departments (marketing, product marketing, customer success etc.).Communicate frequently as part of a collaborative team to ensure complete understanding of sales enablement programmes and training.Oversee the management of up-to-date content on the sales intranet ensuring all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.Co-ordinate sales training and events, ensuring execution of all key sales enablement initiatives.Oversee and drive the long-term success of the Command of the Message selling approach and sales methodology.Requirements:We're Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years' related experience in a sales, sales enablement, or training role.Strong business acumen with an ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools.Team player with highly effective interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally and at all levels of the organisation on a variety of topics and tasks.Understanding and empathy of the sales role and sales processes.Proven organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Nice to Haves:Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.Strong analytical skills.Prior experience at a high growth technology company.Experience or knowledge of the finance/fintech industry.Knowledge of both MEDDICC/MEDDPICC and Command of the Message principles.Experience working across international teams.
