Sales Enablement Manager - International Apply locations: Barcelona, Madrid Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 3 Days Ago Job requisition id: R24561 Summary of the role This position is responsible for driving the Sales Enablement initiatives for the Hospitality International Sales team (all geographies except US/Canada, including LATAM) to increase sales readiness and productivity.
This role will report into the Head of Sales Enablement International & Strategic Projects.
The Sales Enablement Manager will manage support functions essential to sales force productivity, including business analytics and reporting, sales process optimization, sales execution tools, CRM ownership, sales readiness, sales learning and development, and territory planning.
The role requires working cross-functionally to equip team members with the skills, knowledge, and content to use tools, build relationships, and drive customer results in support of Hospitality International revenue goals.
In this role you'll be responsible for: Sales Readiness: Identify, own, and implement regional enablement programs to support growth, retention, and productivity of the sales organization, specifically focusing on decreased time to first sale and increased rep productivity.
Ensure effective usage of sales tools through coaching, training, and best practice sharing.
Work closely with sales operations to identify team-wide opportunities for pipeline/revenue, including identifying areas for potential rewards and recognition programs.
Own the new hire onboarding program and take a lead role in continuous learning and reinforcement.
Work with Global Sales Enablement team on annual Sales Kickoff with specific outcomes aligned with corporate strategic imperatives.
Assist in the development and management of the strategy and execution of Sales Enablement projects, programs, and initiatives.
Lead internal, regular communication with the sales team (weekly email and month-end) to elevate priority areas, share best practices, and keep the team updated on performance.
Sales Execution: Manage the operational functions and learning programs essential to Salesforce productivity, including business analytics, sales process optimization, and sales execution to ensure the proper use of the tool.
Ensure the sales team has access to the latest sales tools and technologies to enhance their performance (i.e.
Seismic, Copilot for Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
and be a champion to ensure success metrics are upheld.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and drive efficiency across the sales organization.
Sales Learning and Development: Work in close coordination with regional teams across all commercial roles to identify and define training opportunities specific to their needs, building a job training program in collaboration with the P&C function to ensure sales reps have the knowledge and skills required to sell all products and services.
Work with Global Sales Enablement team to ensure the onboarding program remains relevant and effective for each role, region, and new hire.
About the ideal candidate Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferably 5+ years of combined experience (Sales & Sales Enablement) with a proven track record of success.
Fluent English.
Ability to own projects from start to end by analyzing gaps and creating a plan to fill gaps/needs.
Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry, Selling Process, Amadeus Product Suite, and general business acumen.
Strong understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, training, reporting, forecasting, territory management, sales quotas).
Microsoft Suite, Learning Management System, and Video Editing software knowledge a plus.
Ability to create relationships at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences and compel action.
Effective project management with cross-functional collaboration, team player, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic planning and thinking skills.
Creative problem-solving skills, strong thought leadership, and ability to innovate.
