Purpose of position The Sales Enablement team is responsible for supporting sales teams with content, presentations, benchmarks, sector analysis, publisher recommendations, sharing best practices, and improving quality and efficiency across the entire sales organisation.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional with native or near-native French skills to join our team.
This role requires an individual with extensive expertise in sales enablement or related fields, capable of bringing strategic insights and leading cross-functional initiatives.
The role offers an excellent insight into the operations of the current leading affiliate marketing company worldwide, giving you the opportunity to assist in the identification, pitching, sales conversation and development of many companies across a variety of sectors and countries.
Your location: Spain or United Kingdom (with the option to work from home if you prefer)
Key Tasks Preparing standard and bespoke presentation pitches and strategic proposals tailored to high-value enterprise clients.Directing the creative design of impactful brand pitches and sales presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company branding.Supporting the sales team with benchmark and publisher recommendations for pitches.Conducting gap analysis to identify growth opportunities for pitches.Assisting the sales team with RFPs.Continuously reviewing and optimizing sales materials, processes, and presentations to maintain industry-leading standards.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive cohesive approaches that meet sales and business goals.Providing support for ad hoc administrative tasks and prioritizing these effectively.Improving quality and efficiency across sales teams.Sharing best practices across sales teams.

Skills & Expertise Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is essential.
Additional European languages are a plus.2+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or a related role, ideally within affiliate marketing or digital advertising.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized, able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Approachable with a strong 'can do' attitude and an appetite to learn.Passionate about results and willing to roll up sleeves and help wherever needed.Striving to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.Highly self-motivated with ability to quickly acquire new skills.Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained.You will be expected to have a good understanding of affiliate marketing and what we do in the industry for any role within Awin.
