Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for a Senior Sales in Jaen, Spain. Responsibilities: Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets; Work closely with our local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits; Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market; Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and achieve sales growth; Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information. Basic Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in direct sales; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion for sales work, diligent and proactive; Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal building skills; Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading; Hold a valid driving license. Advanced Requirements: Experience in the olive industry; Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related fields.
