Toray Membrane offers comprehensive skills and expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies, high-quality membranes, and complementary water treatment products to help our customers improve their competitiveness and optimize plant performance.Your ObjectivesLead the sales team to meet revenue targets and key performance indicators of Toray Membrane Spain SL (TMSP). Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the Toray's presence in Spain and Portugal. Set clear performance expectations and regularly review the team's progress towards goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Promote and uphold high ethical standards within the sales team.Your ProfileEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering field.Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the water treatment field, including 4 years in a similar position.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage an experienced sales team covering Spain, Portugal, and international projects from Spanish OEMs.Proven track record: A high level of contract management and negotiation skills is a must. Personal Attributes: Initiative, motivation, and creativity.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages (Japanese, German, French, etc.) are valuable.Teamwork: Excellent team player and organizer.Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally.At Toray, we are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where excellence thrives.
