About the roleIf you are an experienced and passionate Sales Manager eager to lead the Sales Force of one of the most dynamic and challenging markets in Europe, in a growing company, this role can be interesting for you! The Sales Director is responsible for the consistent and profitable growth of the revenues within the Spanish market, ensuring the right planning and management of the Key Account Managers and the Salesmen operating in the "Field". He/she coordinates the negotiations and develops the sales strategies and objectives of the Country with the aim to boost the sales and the market penetration.
Main responsibilitiesSales Strategy and development - Develops the annual operational sales plan in agreement with the Country Manager, with a medium-term view, identifying the products needs based on the customers' availability and proposing potential changes to meet Country sales objectives.Responsible for the sales forecast and budget, proposing the targets in terms of sales volumes according to the marketing activities and the overhead costs and being responsible for the targets' achievement.Monitors the market identifying sales opportunities and improving the penetration of the Ferrero brands, ensuring the overall profitability for the Company.Field and Customer coordination - Proposes the optimal sales structure in terms of headcount, roles, and sales zones, seeking the most efficient organizational set-up in terms of point of sales and customer coverage.Manages the customer management activities coordinating the negotiations and the agreements with the clients, interacting with Trade Marketing.Manages the sales channels, both in terms of objectives and approaches, proposing changes in their management according to the business requirements.Who we are looking forProfile RequirementsAt least 15 years of experience in commercial positions, both global and local.Broad experience in managerial roles, both in Customer and Field management.Leadership and managerial capability to guide broad teams within a multi-layer organization.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, high customer orientation.Ability to work independently, take initiatives and follow up on assigned projects, with a passion for innovation.Successfully holds a master's degree in business or engineering.Fluent in Spanish and English.How to succeed in FerreroConsumers, quality, and service are the key to everything we do.
