.About the position and the companySoftonic is seeking a focused, french speaking sales driven and experienced Sales Director (reporting to the CEO) to support the growth of our company.
The candidate will work in Appvizer, a Sotfonic subsidiary from the Montpellier office and will manage Appvizer sales business.As a rapidly growing company in the dynamic SaaS market, Appvizer is revolutionizing how businesses find the perfect software.

Our team is dedicated to empowering businesses with the knowledge they need to make smart software choices.If you are an ambitious leader, confident, self-starter, and with a strong desire for success, we ´d be glad to hear from you.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and drive market share growth.Continuously analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on emerging markets.Collaborate with Product, Traffic, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product development, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and account management team of 10+ individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration, success, and professional growth.Set and achieve challenging individual and team sales goals in line with company objectives, tracking progress and providing effective mentorship.Drive team development through knowledge expansion, skill enhancement, and performance nurturing.Lead the team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets by actively managing a robust sales pipeline, generating accurate revenue forecasts, and accelerating opportunities to close.Own the overall sales team performance and pacing towards business goals, ensuring accountability and driving continuous improvement.Provide regular, insightful performance reports and accurate sales forecasts to the VP of Revenue Operations, facilitating data-driven decision-making.Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners to drive sustained business growth, secure long-term partnerships, and maximize customer lifetime value.Lead complex contract negotiations and provide expert support to sales representatives in closing deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the company and its clients.Be a subject matter expert, constantly reviewing the market to understand evolving client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.Plan the sales team's headcount and structure strategically to achieve target business goals and optimize organizational efficiency
