Are you the proactive Sales Director Solutions who helps us grow our business within our South Region?This is your roleIn this challenging job, you will be responsible for developing business with our existing and new resellers. Together with your team, you will be the first contact to support them with onboarding and activating them to sell our solutions. You will work closely with other members of the sales teams, as well as service and marketing, to grow our business successfully. Within your role, you will be responsible for your own target in our South Region.
This is how you do itYou will work together with your team of salespeople (currently 2, with plans to grow the team in the short term) to support and coach them in their sales roles. At the same time, you will meet (onsite/online) with the resellers to support them and develop business together. After a new reseller is onboarded, you will collaborate with them to maximize business opportunities. To support the reseller, you will coordinate with various departments at the customer and our internal teams to optimize sales for both Dyanix and the customer.
You reinforceYou report to the Vice President and cooperate closely with other members of the international Sales, Service, and Marketing team.
You've got what it takesYou have a higher education level and a minimum of 3 years of proven and relevant working experience.Commercially creative approach.Excellent skills in Spanish, both written and verbally; good skills in English; other language skills are an advantage.You are a self-starter who can work according to a plan.
