As a Sales Director, the person is responsible for the overall performance of Elopak in the particular market(s), with the goal of setting and achieving sales targets. They lead all commercial activities in the market, maintain relationships with top-level customers, and act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams. The Sales Director ensures smooth interaction between the Market Unit and Corporate (HQ), Regional, and other local Units, leading Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Managers in line with Elopak guidelines and policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESSet business plans (Sales / Prospecting) for local Sales, considering market trends, regulations, and business models. Identify and develop new approaches to potential customers, achieving sales targets on time.Identify and develop new approaches to potential customers and retail, while optimizing the Elopak/Customer relationship to increase customer satisfaction.Negotiate in the presales process and when closing sales, ensuring alignment with Elopak's policies and guidelines. Manage the sales process, compose proposals, and target potential new consumer audiences.Support presales activities through customer presentations and product demonstrations, acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones.Ensure transparency in market development, analyze strengths and weaknesses, provide sales and market territory analyses, forecasts, and reports to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal Elopak Teams to support customers, expedite problem resolution, and lead the Key Account Managers team.Gather and share relevant information about Customer's vision and future needs for Elopak's product portfolio development.QUALIFICATIONSMaster's in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar field10 to 15 years of experience in similar roles in multinational organizationsFluency in Spanish and English, other European languages are a plusPERSONAL PROFILESolution-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and sales skillsKnowledge of CRM systems, reporting functionalities, and analytical skills
