Responsibilities:Proactively find new business opportunities, boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growthBuild trust and relationships with clientsManage full sales cycle from creating value, quoting, negotiating terms and conditions to closingBuild, guide, mentor, monitor and direct translation sales team to meet and surpass sales quotasFollow up on pipelines for business expansionDrive language service sales to multi-million dollar levelsReport to ManagementRequirements:Successful experience as Sales Director in the translation industryHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotasUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComposure, independence and a highly professional interface to deal with high-profile clientsFully proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks and SalesforceFull working proficiency at a native or near-native English language level.
An additional European language is a plusKnowledge of Games and Testing Services is desiredSeniority levelMid-Senior level
