POSITION OVERVIEW For our upcoming next startup phase, Reviero is in search of a hands-on, reliable and successful senior sales focussing on generating own leads and converting market leads into new business. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, research, and direct outreach. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders e.g. in the vacation rental and real estate market. Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the clients. Sales Presentation: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Reviero's technology and services. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking prospects and ensuring timely follow-ups. Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs and OKRs on a consistent basis. CRM Utilization: Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders like your peers in sales, marketing, product development, operation teams etc. to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client satisfaction. Customer Insights: Gather and analyse feedback from clients to improve the overall customer experience and sales process. Internal feedback loop: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product enhancements, and competitive insights. SKILLS Proven Sales Experience: Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the real estate and/or technology sectors. Truly Results-Oriented: A driven individual with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively, even in competitive environments. Self-Motivated: High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to generating leads and pursuing opportunities. Time Management & Multi-task: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment. Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Understanding of Real Estate: Knowledge of the vacation rental and real estate markets, including relevant trends and challenges. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and software tools pertinent to sales and CRM systems. Start-up experience: Experience working in a start-up or similar environment with flat hierarchies would be an advantage. COMPENSATION The total compensation package is dependent on experience and track. Record and can include a competitive base salary and performance-based commission scheme.
