Sales Director Dach/Benelux

Our client is a leading group in the E-commerce and marketplace sector with HQ in BarcelonaMission:Reporting to the General Management of the Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading sales in the DACH and BENELUX regions.Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the resources of the DACH Business Unit, which includes the Sales department, and the Marketing, Product, and Merchandising managers and coordinators assigned to this entity.
Managing a Team of 14 people.- Strategy and Operations: Participate in the development of the growth strategy.
Once adopted, develop and implement it within your area of responsibility to increase revenue, gross margin, customer portfolio, customer loyalty, and the financial results of the business unit.- Forecasting and Preparation: In collaboration with the Finance Department, prepare the annual budgets in line with the adopted growth strategy.
Set objectives and assign them to the various entities within the Business Unit.- Ensure coordination with other departments of the Group in the implementation and follow-up of development projects.- Responsible for the financial performance of the DACH business unit, including the financial profitability of the unit.Requirements:- University degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business Administration.- Over 5 years of experience in sales leadership.- Over 5 years of experience in sales.- High proficiency in English and German is essential.- Previous experience managing the DACH region is essential.- Strong leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
