Position Summary: Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including lead generation, client acquisition, and retention. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, including studios, producers, and post-production supervisors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention by implementing customer experience initiatives. Collaborate with the production team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, including managing client expectations and resolving issues as they arise. Lead the sales team, providing guidance and coaching to achieve sales targets and develop sales skills, including hiring and training new sales staff as needed. Develop and maintain sales reporting and analysis to monitor and optimize sales performance and identify trends and opportunities. Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, and work with the finance team to ensure profitability and cost management. Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns, content creation, and thought leadership activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and lead the company's strategic planning efforts to capitalize on these opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, including speaking opportunities and networking events. Key Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience in the film post-production industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and coaching a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts. Deep understanding of the film industry and post-production processes, including dailies, color grading, conforming, VFX, graphics, and sound design. Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and changes. Analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and identify areas for improvement, including experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools. Experience with budget management, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, and understanding of financial principles and cost management. Experience with marketing and content creation, including digital and traditional marketing channels and thought leadership activities. Proven ability to lead strategic planning efforts and execute on growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
