This includes features like call centers, live chat and virtual assistants that make it easier for customers to reach out for help and information The main mission of a Sales Development Representative at TDCX is to generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, establish initial contact and build relationships with prospects, and set qualified appointments for the sales team. ? This involves understanding prospects' needs, educating them about the company's IT cloud software solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team for further engagement and closing. ? Lead Generation and Qualification: SDRs/BDRs are responsible for generating leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling. They qualify leads based on criteria such as company size, industry, pain points, and readiness to adopt cloud software solutions. This involves understanding the prospect's needs and determining if they are a good fit for the company's, IT cloud software offerings. Initial Outreach and Relationship Building: SDRs/BDRs initiate the sales cycle by reaching out to prospects and establishing initial contact. They educate prospects about the company's IT cloud software solutions, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Relationship building is critical as they nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement, aiming to build trust and credibility. Setting Qualified Appointments for Sales Team: A primary goal for SDRs/BDRs is to schedule qualified appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. They ensure that prospects understand the value proposition of the IT cloud software and are interested in exploring further with a sales representative. This involves effective communication and coordination to smoothly transition qualified leads to the sales team for deeper engagement and closing. Who are we looking for? Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master's degree in any field. Preferably 1-year relevant experience is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Client-facing experience or customer service experience in a BPO is an advantage. The ability to navigate and progress the sales process long, complex sales cycles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German Excellent organizational and client-service skills.
