Job Description To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work from our location in Barcelona reporting to Business Development Director.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position identifies, qualifying, contacting and developing sales prospects for our ERP/MES software.
The SDR will attempt contact with prospects using multiple prospecting channels including our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound lists.
The SDR position requires both phone and email contact with mid-management and C-level executives at appropriate manufacturing companies.
Essential Functions: Initiate communication with prospects by telephone and e-mailGenerate and qualify new leadsGather data regarding markets and industries, using best technology and information resourcesDevelop prospect relationshipsOvercome technical and business objections of prospective customersPrepare reports from the CRM system and other software systemsWork as a team with members of the Sales Development department and the Sales and Marketing groupsUtilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn to identify and contact multiple prospects within a companyMake a minimum of 45 calls per day to prospects using internal Groove/Outreach software for all callsAchieve preset quota for number of qualified leads sent to field monthlyAdd new prospects weekly using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn that are not in CRMRecord all contacts made by email, phone in, tradeshows in CRMBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceLegal authorization to work in Spain is required: we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening.Other Qualifications: Must be a team player who embraces personal and professional responsibility.Proficient with sales tracking Salesforce CRM software.Experience prioritizing sales opportunities.Sound understanding of business functions.Command and comprehension of the French and English language.
Italian language command is a big plus.Nice to have: Cold calling experience.Technical sales experience.Mid-range ERP software sales experience.Familiarity with manufacturing operations and nomenclature.What can we offer?
