Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge?
What will you be doing?The RoleProspecting, strategizing, and qualifying the best leads with the Partnership Account Executives.Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.Confirm clients' needs, develop initial client profiles, and help to build the most personalized solution.Collaborate and strategize with AEs, Marketing, CX Team, and Sales Manager.Your ProfileYou are a native Spanish speaker & fluent in English.Previous sales experience (customer satisfaction, project management, and similar experiences are highly valued).Tech-savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect.Must be detail-oriented, accountable, a creative thinker, a team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow within an exciting team!Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution!
