About You As the Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible to enable Kimberly-Clark Professional to grow through the acquisition of New Customers (End Users) by converting leads generated by marketing campaigns, from distributors or alternative sources, into opportunities that can be pursued by other members of the Sales team (primarily New Business Developers).
You will report directly to the Head of New Business Development and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Spain.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Qualify marketing generated leads by researching potential customers and reaching out for initial conversations with customers to:Identify the business problem they are addressing (Need)Determine the urgency/timeframe in which they need a solution (Timing)Identify the decision-makers (Authority)Determine if they have the BudgetDevelop leads to seamlessly hand off to Sales teams to pursue opportunities.Follow-up with lost KCP accounts to regain those customers.Bridge Sales and Marketing to drive demand for new business (greenfield) leads that are then worked by the Business Development Manager.Partner with Marketing team to define "customer personas" in targeted segments to maximize impact of marketing programs.Business Objectives and Performance Measures: Activity: dials, talk time, social connections, emails sent (Note: will need to ensure metrics balance quality and quantity measures)Near term outcomes: # of "hot" leads qualified per month (meetings secured for BDM)WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Strong Digital technology platform knowledge to identify leads and business opportunities, build relationships and close business.Digitally savvyUnderstand how marketing campaigns and the sales cycle work together to build a pipeline of end users.Results OrientationDrive to win; makes courageous decisions to drive sales results with new and existing customers.Fluent English and SpanishOur employees value the opportunities for professional and personal growth which our company offers.
