We are now looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to strengthen our Sales team in Madrid.
Our passion is to offer the best cloud contact center software solution to our customers, and we want you to join our sales team and help us revolutionize our customers' business!
In this position, the core of your job will be prospecting new clients and creating new sales opportunities.
Your day-to-day work will consist of contacting different decision makers, such as small and middle-sized companies' CEOs, persons in charge of sales and customer service, as well as business unit managers.
You will tend to chart the potential of the client and set up a meeting for your colleague, who will then meet the client on the field.
After developing your skills and knowledge, you also have the possibility to start meeting clients and developing to an account manager role.
The position is full-time and is based at our Madrid office.
What we expect from you: Understanding of customers' expectations towards their partners, and the ability to adapt to the customers' needs Strong interest in developing yourself and willingness to become a professional in sales Ambitious and relentless attitude Good communication skills and business instinct Some experience from goal-targeted sales, for example, telemarketing Fluency in English and Spanish Experience in working in a call center is seen as an asset Did you recognize yourself?
