You will be working on the newest and most incredible technologies, primarily focusing on Software, Cloud, and Software-as-a-Service based solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role As a Sales Development Representative, you will connect Senior IT/Cyber/Information Security business end users, on a local and global scale, to discuss our vendor technologies and highlight how the Ignition Technology value proposition can support their business strategy. You will set up prospect meetings, building strong, ongoing relationships and be the lead contact between IG UK, our vendors, and the customer. This is a high-volume lead generation role; the main vendors you will support are Illumio, Axonius, and Orca, with the potential to support others depending on business need. As the Sales Development Representative, you will: Understand the Ignition technology value proposition
Develop and maintain knowledge around our vendor technologies
Develop a strong understanding of your customer accounts and where they sit within the market
Initiate the first step of the IG and vendor pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities
Organise virtual meetings with our UK teams and the vendor
Meet call out and KPI targets to ensure properly qualified leads are established for the Vendor and Ignition Technology
Contact a minimum of 40 different/new decision makers on a daily basis, with the aim of booking a minimum of 5 meetings a month and ensuring a minimum of 3 meetings attended
Attend client meetings and be the point of contact for the customer for Ignition and the Vendor going forward

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you Previous telemarketing or lead generation experience would be advantageous, ideally within the enterprise software space
Professional English speaker; additional European language would be an advantage
Must be based in Madrid and have all the legal requirements to work in Spain with remote/hybrid working available
Research skills experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator would be beneficial
An interest in software and cybersecurity with a thirst for knowledge and to develop knowledge and understanding of our industry.
