Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative focusing on the Western European market, including Benelux, Nordics, and UKI, you will drive WorkMotion's expansion through mostly outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
You'll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
This position offers the opportunity to learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to our ever-growing Sales and SDR Playbook.
What you'll do: Drive WorkMotion's expansion in the Western European market through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences.Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies.Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads.Collaborate with the Account Executives to optimise the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies.Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation. What we're looking for: Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser etc.Bachelor's degree in any communication-related (Foreign Languages, Humanities) or business-related field - or qualification by equivalent, relevant experience.Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs (HubSpot) fast.Native-level skills in English required, Dutch and Swedish are a plus.Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency.Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language.Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
