About the job:

We see ourselves as a bunch of young, talented people that want to progress our careers. Currently, we are a team of +100 people from +10 nationalities operating from our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan and Madrid. You will be part of the German team at the Madrid office, where your main objective is to support revenue growth by:

Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the German market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.

Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim to organise client meetings.

Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.

Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Qualifications and expectations towards you:

Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English.

Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.

It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have.

You are responsible, positive and take ownership of your tasks.

A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learn from them.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

(+ Not necessary, but nice to haves)

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails and social media outreach.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce and HubSpot).
