The Role We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team in Spain. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to prospect new clients and generate qualified opportunities. As an advisor on sustainability, you'll assess prospects' needs and provide tailored solutions. While prior sales experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused role. Please note that this role is based in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities Create and deliver sales plans in conjunction with BDMsExceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsBuild and engage with prospecting lists across a variety of different channels including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and SalesforceFollow up and carry out engagement steps according to each campaignOutbound calls/social media/email and virtual meetings to prospects to qualify them and set up discovery meetings for the BD teamMaintain and update Salesforce records in line with agreed standardsCollect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team and the wider businessKnowledge, Skills & Experience Fluent in German and/or French1 - 2 years' experience making outbound callsExperience and comfort working in KPI-driven environmentsTrack record in exceeding KPIs and targetsExcellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with new peopleUnderstanding of personal KPIs and how they feed into sales plans, and exceeding targetsCRM experience desired (Salesforce or any other)Highly Desirable - Experience in using Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)Experience in using data platforms for lead sourcingOur culture At Sedex, our approach to business and culture is firmly rooted in our core values, which guide everything we do:
