Your role You join our sales team with an essential role: detecting our future customers As a first contact, you will play a key role in qualifying prospects for our team of Business Developers.
Your mission is therefore crucial to fuel Hestiia's growth Your missions Source new leads using the most relevant channels Conduct cold calls to qualify your prospects and create a commercial relationship Ensure that each lead meets quality criteria Update CRM to make it easier to track leads Follow up on prospects and ensure strategic follow-ups Set up the first meetings with the Business Developers Carry out ongoing monitoring to detect new channels suitable for prospecting We work in the building construction sector and are faced with many stakeholders to convince: design offices and project owners with complex processes and technical terms.
We are therefore looking for someone who is ready and motivated to develop strong technical expertise on the subject.
