We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will support the Sales team in acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers by understanding their needs, providing competitive solutions and with business cases.
You will Our inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day or sending huge amounts of messages, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing meetings.
Understand our value proposition and get matching with customer needs and requirements Work closely with business and marketing teams Research accounts and markets to identify key players and generate interest Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Maintain and expand your database of prospects Close meetings and achieve quarterly quotas Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Capability to score the customers and the opportunities We're looking for someone who has Previous experience in an outbound similar sales position is preferred Previous experience working with startups/scale-ups, innovation departments, SMBs or PYMES, as we said, B2B sales experience Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong listening, sales skills and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent written, phone and cold-calling skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to achieve targets We offer Challenging projects with a focus on innovation Beautiful offices in the centre of Madrid Be part of a dynamic and diverse team with a desire to leave a mark International clients with thousands of users A laptop of your choice Flexible working hours and the possibility to work some days remotely Salary between 20-24K a year + objectives A bonus of 1000€/year to spend on education If you think you fit well with our team we'll be really happy to talk with you.
