Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and qualified Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, e-mailing, calling, following up, and qualifying leads for coolOrange's software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales skills to effectively convey the value of our products to potential customers, particularly within the Autodesk Vault customer base. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach (cold calls and email). Prospect Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication across various channels (phone, email, social media). Needs Analysis: Understand the needs and challenges of leads to present our software solutions effectively. Product Presentation: Convey the value of our software solutions to leads, particularly within the Autodesk Vault customer base. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. Data Management: Maintain and update sales lead information and sales activities in our CRM system. Quotas: Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified leads. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new leads and feed our sales pipeline. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to report results and to develop and implement. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in software sales or the Autodesk ecosystem is a plus. Strong active listening skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to understand complex technical solutions and convey their value to technical and non-technical leads. Familiarity with CRM software and prospecting platforms. Experience with HubSpot is a plus. Proven ability to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented team player. Ability to multitask. Strong work ethic and enthusiasm about learning and building new relationships with leads. Fluency in German and English is a must.
