How you will make a difference: Generate new business meetings and opportunities in the DACH market through a multi-touch outreach approach including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn. Discover prospects' needs and pain points and clearly articulate how Safeguard services, features and benefits solve for those. Research full buyer maps on the accounts and engage with each stakeholder with the most relevant approach. Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects that are not fully qualified. Maintain and expand the company's prospect database. Record all sales activities accurately in Salesforce. Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed targets and KPI's. Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. What will make you stand out: A successful background in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the DACH market. Strong experience within B2B lead generation. A confident negotiator and influencer - liaising with C-Level Executives. Proven ability to identify, contact, and cold call prospects and customers. Skilled in professional communication with business leaders, both via email and phone. Self-starter who can work independently and within a team. Being tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature with the desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation. Having keen attention to detail with outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines. Native German speaker. Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach and/or SalesLoft. Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
