If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Sales Development Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) , you will act as a Sales Agent for one of our clients with a focus on understanding our customer needs and persistence on following up with leads and converting them into sales.
What you will do in this role As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Selling premium insurance for a world-renowned brand to existing and new customers Being a loyal advocate for the brand supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available Providing peace of mind and security to loyal and new customers Exhibiting excellent motivation, high work ethics, and a constant desire to not give up Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Have prior experience in outbound sales, D2D, contact center, or BPO Possess resilience to objections and the ability to overcome customer concerns while working in a target-driven environment Can engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance Are self-motivated Demonstrate empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
