He / She will lead account executives and efforts to identify, develop and achieve new customers. This role involves people leading, strategic planning, market analysis,
and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and establish a strong presence in new customers.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze potential new opportunities, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.Create and implement comprehensive new customer entry strategies that align with overall business goals.Develop and manage initiatives to generate leads and build relationships with potential new customers.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and product offerings.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics in new customers, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.Develop and implement strategies for prospecting and qualifying leads.Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.Manage CRM KPIs to improve market transparency and opportunity management / Utilize CRM systems to track activities and report on performance metrics.Conduct business review meetings with Business Partners to evaluate and encourage better business performance.Be the head of the assigned sales organization and lead all related management and staff.Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Education/Experience: University degree in Healthcare or Engineering.10 years' experience in Healthcare MedTech industry; experience in sales lead and/or business lead in healthcare market preferable, specifically in Laboratory Solutions area.Experience leading teams.Experience in contract management and strategic negotiations.Familiarity with CRM management.Languages: Spanish and English. Personal Qualifications: Customer-oriented and business-minded.Strong leadership qualities in line with Siemens Healthineers leadership culture and our Healthineers values to drive strategies and initiatives within the Healthcare market in Spain.Ownership mindset.Results-oriented and self-motivated.Cooperative with all stakeholders, especially Service, Marketing, and Finance.Open, flexible, and creative.Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Interpersonal relationship and networking skills.Capability to impact and influence.
