Sales Development Manager   Novalins is a tech-driven, ISO-certified provider of specialized medical translation services, proudly supporting global healthcare companies for over a decade.
With expertise in translating materials into more than 120 languages, we've recently introduced AI and machine translation services to better serve our clients and adapt to changes in the industry.
We are now looking for a driven and passionate sales professional to present these new solutions to our customers, strengthen relationships, and help us grow our presence in the healthcare sector.
Job Description   As a Sales Development Manager you will work closely with the Head of Sales to expand our customer base and achieve the company's sales objectives.
You will be focused on expanding our business volume through new clients, recovering partnerships and boosting existing relationships.
We need someone with sales DNA, with a technical but extroverted profile, who enjoys creating personal long-lasting relationships through mutual confidence, focused on objectives, but who does not lose the essence of the high-quality standard that characterizes Novalins.
Key Responsibilities   Identifying and acquiring new customers , as well as upselling to existing customers.
Introduce our company to potential new customers and expand the business to new markets with the aim of increasing the company's business volume.
Analyse and review the commercial activity and the customer database to identify and propose areas of improvement and detect new business opportunities.
Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in our region.
Presenting each customer´s needs to our operations and quality teams to determine how we can best align our solutions with their unique requirements.
Presenting personalized solution s and offers to customers and following up with these proposals in a timely manner.
Analyze campaign data through our tools and dashboards to decide which variations to optimize and which sequences are bringing the best results.
Preparing marketing materials that encapsulate the essence of our solutions and get businesses excited about working with us.
Coming up with your own ideas for generating new business opportunities.
Attending international healthcare trade shows and meeting with your customers.
Liaise with Management to review strategy for each hot lead and approve dossiers and responses.
Liaise with Management to review list of companies to contact each week and strategy to approach them  Liaise with Management to analyze weekly results and leads in the pipeline.
Key Requirements   Technical Profile : Valuable background in a technical field, though not necessarily in the translation industry.
Extraverted person : Able to build personal relationships.
Fearless of going out and find new clients and volumes wherever they are.
Highly motivated, ambitious & target driven : You are highly motivated and target driven, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
Independent : Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision from others.
Quality-oriented : Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality.
Strives for improvement.
Convince others of the importance of quality.
High Negotiation skills : You feel comfortable negotiating in complex environments like the healthcare translation industry.
Flexibility : Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, working hours, tasks, responsibilities and behaviours of others.
Ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority  Communication : Excellent communication and organisation skills as well as good numerical, analytical and logical skills.
Cross-functional collaboration : A team player, with a positive can-do attitude.
You will be involved in decision-making processes together with other teams, so need to have a collaborative attitude open to negotiate with the ability of reaching agreements.
The desirable skills we'd love to read in your resume:            You have experience in business development in an international environment.
You speak English (C2) fluently and ideally another language, such as French, German, or Dutch.
You have impressive communication skills (written and oral)          You're familiar with HubSpot.
