We're seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that combines hands-on sales responsibilities with managerial duties.
As the team and revenue grow, this position offers a clear progression path to Regional Vice President of Sales, Europe.
Your contributions will be critical in building our sales structures and driving revenue while mentoring and scaling the sales team.
This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and international team.
Compensation: If sales targets are met, the on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are €200,000 annually, with no cap based on performance.
Compensation consists of a base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities: Build and implement sales structures and processes from the ground up.
Develop and roll out comprehensive sales playbooks to guide the team and establish best practices.
Actively engage in direct sales efforts, managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Train and mentor sales reps on the playbooks, sales process, and effective strategies.
Set up and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring it is fully leveraged for team success.
Scale regional sales operations, laying the foundation for a high-performing sales function.
Leverage value-based selling techniques to communicate the unique advantages of Dual Link's solutions for the hospitality industry.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Requirements: Strong proven experience in sales, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
Expertise in value-based selling and developing sales playbooks.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including setup and optimization.
Experience in building sales structures and processes from scratch.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry, with an understanding of its unique requirements, is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Based in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, or Germany.
