Job Description Frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions in order to foster continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains. SDAs are responsible for prospecting and outreaching activities on target accounts with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role has the opportunity to be the first touch point for the largest firms in Spain to evangelize the importance of Sustainability and ESG in global supply chains.
Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadisConducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement) in Target AccountsScheduling qualified meetings for Account ExecutivesEvangelizing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companiesLeveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areasMaintaining an activity (emails, calls, LinkedIn) volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growthMeeting or exceeding your targetStaying up-to-date on industry trends and competitionQuarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholdersRecording and documenting all calls and communications in Salesforce in order to identify trends for improvementMonitoring social networks such as LinkedIn for sales opportunities and leadsReporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.Qualifications Our ideal candidate for this role will have an outgoing personality, a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales and sustainability. This person would have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
University degree in Business or Sustainability related areasExperience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plusBusiness proficiency in Spanish and English is a must to be eligible for this role as per the territory. Portuguese is a plus.Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culturePassionate about Sustainability and willingness to pursue a career in both Sustainability and SalesHighly motivated, driven, and self-startingStrong time management & organizational skillsSuperior communication skills and the ability to build rapportAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksAbility to work well in an international team environment in a fast growing business.If you are interested, please tell us more about yourself in a cover letter!
