Everything you are looking for and more We're looking for a Barcelona based dynamic, resolutive and customer centric Sales Data Support for our Team in Iberia.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
In this position, you will: Track and monitor relevant sales data through Tableau and PowerBi (volumes, routes, performance, …) and provide standard / adhoc reports.
Produce regular (weekly, monthly) and on-demand reporting on the sales team activity and performance by gathering the Team´s activities reflected on the CRM (HubSpot) and from direct sales reps feedback.
Work closely with the Sales Teams and monitor the quality of the HubSpot CRM data (accuracy, update, follow-up).
You will also work with the Marketing Team on sales campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, customer segmentation techniques and CRM usage.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2/3+ years) in Data Management Tools (Tableau & Power BI) as well as in CRM Tools (HubSpot).
Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
Experience in customer segmentation, campaigns management, and customer journey mapping.

Strong customer focus, results-oriented and sense of urgency.
