Job Purpose Develop sales with top trade partners in a defined scope, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue. The sales coordinator is a key role in supporting the Commercial strategy driving sales to enriched content and lower costs channels.
Main Accountabilities Increasing revenue and generating incremental sales through innovative initiatives. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Manage a portfolio of trade partners within a defined area. Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective or growth actions to boost revenue. Negotiate and oversee allotment contracts with tour operators (TTOO). Provide RMP and Network teams with market trend data and partner feedback. Encourage partners to adopt low-cost channels and highlight the benefits of online channels. Ensure smooth collaboration with Sales Support, Channels, Distribution, Network, Marketing, and Customer Services teams. Promote Vueling products to travel agencies and provide them with necessary sales materials. Main Relationships Sales teams Distribution Revenue & Pricing Network Customer Services Externally with partners Education Diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Tourism or related fields. Experience +2 years of experience as a key account manager (airlines or agency) Familiarity with digital tools and online sales channels in the travel sector. Understanding of airline selling processes. Competencies Teamwork and ability to work autonomously Strong negotiation skills Communication skills with a customer-oriented approach Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment Languages Spanish and English C1 Italian, French or German is a plus Other Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - required Tableau - desired Location Viladecans - Barcelona
