Functions: o Coordinate the KAM's UK team to achieve sales and profitability targets through the ASM's (UK).
o Conduct meetings with the different KAM's and ASM's in the area to maximise sales and profitability.
o To be the transmitter of the UK Sales Director's guidelines to the rest of the team.
o Increase sales and business opportunities.
o Analyse sales by criteria (customer, years, products, areas, order types, etc.)
and propose actions/solutions.
o Prepare reports proposing improvements to the sales team in the different markets and countries.
o Calculate and monitor margins and results for each product, family, distribution channel and business unit.
o Ensure synchronisation with the Marketing and Sales department to evaluate and propose commercial actions.
o Develop proposals for improvement of Controlling processes and tools.
Profile required: o British nationality.
o University degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or similar.
o Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and performing similar functions.
o Knowledge of SAP.
o Knowledge of advanced Excel.
o Proactive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey messages in a clear and persuasive manner both internally and externally.
o Native level of English (C1).
o Ability to work effectively in a team, contribute ideas and maintain clear and open communication with other members of the team.
o Organisational and planning skills.
Conditions: o Timetable: Mon-Thurs from 9am to 6pm and Fri 9am to 3pm.
