What is your mission?
Ensure thorough support and follow-up at all stages of Customer Relation
Handle general enquiries upstream, selling process, and after-sale service with customers through various media channels such as telephone, email, website, web chat, and social media.
Answer incoming calls and enquiries for any requests, including general information requests on campaign facilities and quote requests.
Manage and qualify incoming complaints, ensuring that the service provider's agents provide all reasonable assistance and information to solve them.
Handle outbound call campaigns with sufficient advance notice to TDCX.
Transform Direct (Individual customers) and Indirect (agencies) traffic into sales while providing high-quality customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by management for effective implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet specific customer needs.
Must be a strong communicator, emphasizing effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette.
Comfortable working with computers and able to learn and adapt to new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
