B2C Sales: Engage with prospects remotely through various channels, presenting premium educational products and offering solutions aligned with their growth goals.Prospecting and Follow-Up: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through structured follow-up and CRM management.Embrace and Execute the Sales Process: Follow our in-house marketing system and proven sales methodology to meet or exceed targets.Practice Time Management and Self-Discipline: Work efficiently within a flexible, remote structure.Commit to Learning: Master state-of-the-art, high-ticket B2C sales techniques in the e-learning sector.What You'll Do: Engage in Consultative Sales: Meet with clients online, presenting premium educational products and offering solutions aligned with their growth goals.Prospecting and Follow-Up: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through structured follow-up and CRM management.Embrace and Execute the Sales Process: Follow our in-house marketing system and proven sales methodology to meet or exceed targets.Practice Time Management and Self-Discipline: Work efficiently within a flexible, remote structure.Commit to Learning: Master state-of-the-art, high-ticket B2C sales techniques in the e-learning sector.Requirements: 5-10+ Years of Professional Experience: Background in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.Proven Communication Skills: Demonstrates courtesy, professionalism, and strong client rapport-building skills.Ability to Learn New Marketing Skills: Interest in developing skills in disruptive digital marketing.Interest in Personal Development: Passionate about personal growth and leadership training.Technical Setup: Access to a computer and a quiet workspace.Compensation: Target Earnings: $15,000-$20,000+ per quarter through commissions, with the potential for a base salary plus high commissions after 12 months for those who meet performance targets.Commission Structure: $1,000 to $5,000+ per sale.Job Type: 1099 Contract (Commission Only)
Hours: 3-4 hours per day, flexible scheduling.
