Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with clients who have subscribed to OpusFlow to understand their business workflows and how they want their environment to be configured.
Customization: Create custom invoice and offer templates and configure client accounts to match their requirements.
Software Expertise: Develop a profound knowledge of the OpusFlow software, staying updated on its features, capabilities, and updates.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and propose improvements using OpusFlow.
Automation Creation: Design and implement automations within the software to streamline client processes.
Problem Solving: Offer creative alternatives or solutions when a client's request cannot be fulfilled with current software capabilities.
Client Support: Act as a trusted advisor, thinking proactively with the client and ensuring they maximize the value of OpusFlow.
Travel to Clients: Be prepared to travel to meet with clients as needed; a valid driver's license is required.
Sales Support: Join trade fairs and events to assist the sales team in acquiring new clients.
Qualifications: Experience with installation companies photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps and their business processes, would be a big plus Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in software configuration or consulting.
Strong understanding of business workflows and an ability to analyze and optimize them.
Experience with automation tools and configuring software environments.
Basic knowledge of programming or software development.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions
