Overall, the Global Sales & Operations team is in charge of continuously optimising our operations, tools and processes while increasing both internal and external customer satisfaction. What will you do?As a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role implementing and managing our Sales Compensation Plans to ensure they drive performance, and motivate our sales force to deliver on our business objectives.
Sales Incentive Plan Management and AnalysisOwn and coordinate monthly compensation cycles, accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.Analyse sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Act as a primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, providing guidance and support to sales representatives and managers on compensation-related inquiries, policies, and processes.Coordinate with Data & CRM teams to develop and automate performance monitoring tools, ensuring accurate KPIs follow-up.Who are you?Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Data lover with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and modelling.Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as quota attainment, revenue targets, and sales pipeline.
