About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team in the aeronautic industry.
The Sales Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
This role requires a deep understanding of the aeronautic industry, both manned and unmanned, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales channel strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in the aeronautic industry, for emergency and security missions globally.
Identify and evaluate potential sales channel partners, including distributors, agents, and resellers, to expand the company's reach and customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell the company's products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust the sales channel strategy accordingly.
Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and incentives to motivate channel partners and drive sales growth.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the aeronautic industry.
Work on definition and execution of the sales goals and strategy, together with the CMO.
Requirements: University degree.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Advanced English skills is a must.
Knowledge of product sales strategies.
Knowledge and experience in technology, business, and user experience.
Soft Skills: Methodical and organized person.
Used to working in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Autonomy and responsibility.
Ability to take on new challenges.
Other Skills: Experience in Marketing.
Experience in the Emergency, Security or Defense sectors.
High level of French, German or Italian will be a plus.
