We're seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager who is eager to tackle challenges, think creatively, and drive our growth in the market.

Begin outreach to develop initial relationships and secure early deals, setting an aggressive pace for growth.Next 2 MonthsRapidly expand our market presence through targeted business development efforts, solidifying relationships with key accounts and partners.
Begin scaling up sales operations to match Gray Matter's ambitious growth targets.By the 6th MonthAchieve a robust pipeline of business opportunities and a growing portfolio of satisfied clients.
Based on early market feedback, start leading efforts to refine and optimize the sales process, driving towards a more efficient and scalable growth model.Qualifications Your toolkit should include:+5 Years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in the SaaS or tech industry.Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to craft and execute sales strategies that penetrate the market and drive revenue growth.Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and work collaboratively across departments to achieve sales targets.Customer-centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends, with a knack for building relationships and closing deals.Agility and Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt sales strategies in response to market feedback and changing conditions
