Thea Health's software platform allows primary care doctors to securely ask questions of specialists and other healthcare providers ahead of treatment decisions. We've secured early funding and our product is live in the United States. We are growing fast and changing the way people think about telehealth and getting care.
We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Intern to help grow and shape Thea Health working directly with sales and leadership team. Join a passionate team where your voice will be heard, your learning accelerated, your views respected, your limits pushed, and your personal ownership and initiative encouraged. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working on technology that will improve the lives of patients and fix some of the problems in our healthcare system.
This role is for a 6-8 week period.
What You'll Do

Developing contact list
Conduct lead generating activities including outbound calls and emails
Assist in marketing content and brand development
Support and follow up inbound sales leads from prospective B2B customers
Learn about prospects' goals and critical pain points
Help prospects understand our B2B value proposition
Strive to continuously improve the sales process
Learn the ins and outs of healthcare and tech startups
Fill the gaps as needed (utility player)
Data analysis and business analytics

Skills and Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft office proficiency
Results-oriented — consistently meets or exceeds expectations
Independent — enjoys working with little direction
Coachable — can quickly get up to speed in a new organization
Team Player — Ability to adapt to fill the gaps
Current students or recent grads encouraged

Nice to Have

Experience using a CRM (especially Hubspot)
Software Development and data experience
Knowledge of healthcare systems (especially direct primary care, value-based care, etc.)
Health IT experience (EMR implementation, telemedicine, etc.)
Experience creating high quality content and copy
Social media content strategy
