Thea Health's software platform allows primary care doctors to securely ask questions of specialists and other healthcare providers ahead of treatment decisions. We've secured early funding and our product is live in the United States. We are growing fast and changing the way people think about telehealth and getting care.
We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Intern to help grow and shape Thea Health working directly with sales and leadership team. Join a passionate team where your voice will be heard, your learning accelerated, your views respected, your limits pushed, and your personal ownership and initiative encouraged. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working on technology that will improve the lives of patients and fix some of the problems in our healthcare system.
This role is for a 6-8 week period.
What You'll Do Developing contact listConduct lead generating activities including outbound calls and emailsAssist in marketing content and brand developmentSupport and follow up inbound sales leads from prospective B2B customersLearn about prospects' goals and critical pain pointsHelp prospects understand our B2B value propositionStrive to continuously improve the sales processLearn the ins and outs of healthcare and tech startupsFill the gaps as needed (utility player)Data analysis and business analyticsSkills and Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft office proficiencyResults-oriented — consistently meets or exceeds expectationsIndependent — enjoys working with little directionCoachable — can quickly get up to speed in a new organizationTeam Player — Ability to adapt to fill the gapsCurrent students or recent grads encouragedNice to Have Experience using a CRM (especially Hubspot)Software Development and data experienceKnowledge of healthcare systems (especially direct primary care, value-based care, etc.)Health IT experience (EMR implementation, telemedicine, etc.)Experience creating high quality content and copySocial media content strategyBenefits Job Types: Internship, TemporaryPaidFlexible hours and ability to work from homeLocation San Francisco, CAWork authorization:
