Job Responsibilities Identifying prospecting of new potential customers in North East of Germany Maintaining contact with existing customers and building long-term partnerships Calculating prices based on the standard cost sheet Preparing proposals (technical process support from Europe Operations Team) Direct strategic sales and negotiations Establishing sales development plan for the dedicated area with the support of the Division Sales Manager.
Implementing specific business development plans (priority customers, engineering houses EPCs, IEX, etc.)
Identifying new markets or fields of opportunities Contributing proactively to the business profitability growth Building brand awareness Implementing marketing plan (support from Europe Marketing Team) and participating in communication events and actions (webinars, seminars, exhibitions, press articles, technical papers) Respecting of CRM use Preparing and actively participating in sales team reviews reports Respecting Golden Rules (internal procedures, contractual terms, etc.)
Ensure adherence to QHSE policies and standards by fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace, actively promoting safety initiatives, and complying with regulatory requirements, as the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees are fundamental to our organization.
Report any incidents, near-misses, or hazards promptly to management and assist in the investigation process to prevent future occurrences.
Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
Job Requirements Master's degree or Engineering degree with relevant working experience Technical background in water and/or wastewater treatment (processes technologies) Extensive working experience in sales business development in the water and/or wastewater treatment industry Proficiency in English and German to communicate effectively and clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel, including clients, team members, and management.
Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Capability to work across cultures, borders, and different methods of executing business within an international team.
Possess a valid Driver's License to drive in the region #LI-YM1
