Job Title Sales & BD Manager, Nordic
Report to Sales Director

Primary Objective
A key focal point for SAA customers in Nordic region. Manage and grow sustaining accounts, Develop new business/ account in the region. Achieve company's target revenue performance with maximized margin and provide quality service to retain customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Retain and grow sustaining accounts for SAA in Nordic region. Lead X-functions to close the entire sales cycle including leads/ RFx/ technical proposal/ pricing/ forecast/ order etc. to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new customer opportunities for SAA within Nordics to maximize sales growth and profit potential
- Make regular visits to customers, establish & maintain strong customer relationship.
- Execute sales strategy, achieve revenue target and grow NBO pipeline
- Possess a strong understanding of the target customers, including vertical markets, companies, applications etc.,
- Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements and relate it to SAA's product and service capability, provide SAA solution and its value.
- Liaison with relevant internal dept, such as R&D, Customer Service, Operations & Quality, to secure business opportunities;
- Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan.
- Effectively communicate to management the Market requirements for new technology and products for various markets;
- Any other duties assigned by the Company and the Superior.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales or related areas. Experience in sales/ product management within industrial or electronics markets is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time. Embraces accountability, ownership and self-motivation.
- Ability to think strategically and develop marketing/sales strategies utilizing various sources of information. Ability to build rapport and trust of customers throughout the sales process
- Fluent in both written and verbal English. Additional language skills considered as merits.
- Eligible to work in Europe without sponsorship.
- Position requires regular travels.
