The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in driving sales and enhancing client engagement.
This role requires a blend of sales skills, client service excellence, and social media savvy.This role has high earning potential due to the commission structure and industries supported.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including client research, outreach- and follow-ups, order processing, and pipeline management.- Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.Industry Research:- Develop and implement client research strategies, particularly focused on socialmedia, to drive new business and industry awareness.- Create, curate, and manage engaging client outreach content across a variety ofsocial media platforms.- Monitor social media channels for client inquiries and engage with followers tobuild a loyal community.- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.Internal Collaboration:- Collaborate with Operations to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.- Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns and new business strategies.- Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and partnerships with creators and brandsClient Relationship Management:- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.- Assist in developing personalized client outreach programs.- Support the execution of loyalty programs and promotional events.Administrative Duties:- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.- Manage appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.- Perform other administrative tasks as required.RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or- a related field is a plus.- Experience: Proven experience in sales support, client service, and social media- management.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
